TRAINING PROGRAMS IN USLA
As USLA, we provide our students who have attended our
short or long term culinary arts and hospitality programs
with American Hospitality Academy certificate which has
international recognition and Ministry of Education approval
under the scope of USLA.
We provide our students with experience of our professional
training together with AHA-IHMS curriculum that reaches
back to 25 years ago, in modern and state of the art
environment. We continue to serve our national and
international students with state-of-the art kitchen areas,
simulation rooms, classrooms and libraries which are all
equipped with latest technology equipment.
With “e-Campus”, which provides a meeting point for all
students and faculty of AHA-IHMS throughout the world,
our students are given an opportunity to share opinions,
ideas, discuss about different matters or participate in group
projects, video conferences or brain-storming sessions.
Global Classrooms
As USLA – AHA IHMS we introduce our students to
different cultures, traditions, beliefs, lifestyles and
professional practices by enabling them to visit other AHA-
IHMS schools abroad, train in these different organisations
and develop their academic foundations. We believe that in
today’s rapidly changing environment, we are creating an
added value for future hoteliers and chefs.
